Landscape Design
Evergreen Pros will use a remodeling software, called a CAD system, to design your space. We can import pictures of your home into our program, which allows us to show you what the job will look like upon completion. This also allows the designer to “grow” your plants and trees to show you how your landscape will look over time. The most exciting thing is that we are able to “grow” the trees for 1, 5 and 10 years! You are able to see the future growth period of your plants and trees. This allows us to ensure we are recommending proper shrubs, trees and plants for your space.

Landscaping and Fencing
There are many things to consider when deciding on landscaping and fencing around a pool. Tree Removal & Trimming
We remove any size tree. Sometimes trees are needed to be taken down due to:
- Storm damage
- Older, dead, fallen trees
- Being too close to the house (many times for Insurance purposes)
- Needing to excavate for a pool or a patio
- Homeowners wanting to extend the yard
Tree trimming is really important to allow trees to grow in a healthy manner. Trimming trees can extend the life of the tree by promoting good growth and shape. Having an out-of-shape tree or overgrown tree can throw off the look of the entire home.
Sod Installation
Sod is a perfect solution when you are looking for grass the next day in your yard. This is “thick instant grass” for your family.
There are two types of sod we use here in New Jersey: Tall Fescue and Blue Fescue. Tall Fescue is similar to a turf surface for soccer fields and other types of ball fields. Tall Fescue is very durable for foot traffic and good for drought.
Both Tall and Blue Fescue sod require irrigation systems and a monthly fertilization plan. Some maintenance suggestions are thatching and aeration once a year to continue to establish a healthy lawn. Some of the maintenance is paying attention to the grass germination. After 4-6 weeks make sure your grass does not have bald spots (if you do not have a fertilization and maintenance schedule this may happen) and we will need to reseed again.
Lawn Irrigation Installation
Evergreen Pros installs Hunter Irrigation systems for a beautiful, thick lawn that is low-maintenance. An irrigation specialist will come out to your home and measure the lawn to be irrigated. We will plan the entire irrigation system, including zones for flower beds and grassy areas. Programming the zones properly ensures your lawn and flower beds will be accurately watered.
Digital irrigation clocks are fitted with moisture and rain sensors. This will automatically stop the irrigation from running after any substantial rain fall.
Included with your new irrigation system is a system blow out before winter and a spring turn on. Following our first year, our customers frequently request an irrigation maintenance plan to open and close the irrigation system each winter and spring.
We maintain all of the irrigation lines and perform any service warranty work. New irrigation systems include a one year parts and labor warranty.
